Job Title: Account Manager PERMANENT

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Territory: Southwestern and Northern Ontario

Compensation: Base salary $50,000, bonus plan, a monthly car allowance, monthly cell phone allowance, paid benefits, 3 weeks vacation, 1 week off for winter break, and your birthday off!

Requirements: Driver’s license

Start date: Immediately

We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our team, based out of our Toronto office for a permanent position. Ampersand Account Managers are responsible for selling our clients’ lists and serve as the liaison between clients and accounts. We make sure the right products get sold into the right accounts. Account Managers are aware of the business climate in their territories and are always searching out new account possibilities.

 

This position requires someone who is excited to sit down with buyers and talk about books, sales strategies, and more! Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Word, etc.) is necessary. There is some lifting of heavy boxes. This position involves driving to meet with accounts throughout Ontario, a valid driver’s license is required.

 

The successful applicant will work closely with an account list of retailers to sell in titles and products and support sales strategies. Reporting to and meeting with clients is also an important aspect of this position; we meet with our clients twice a year for a national sales conference virtually, once per year in person in Vancouver, and interact frequently via phone and email.
