We pride ourselves on the relationships we've built and we love connecting the awesome lines we represent to our wonderful retailers, libraries, and wholesalers.
To Our Lines
We offer a wide variety of services to our publishers and gift lines including thorough coverage of accounts through in-person and virtual appointments, reporting from all territories, distribution of publicity and promotion information, implementation of marketing plans, and confidential marketing advice.
To Our Accounts
We bring information on gift products and new and backlist books with expert advice regarding selections for your particular needs and interests. We keep customers informed of local and national author promotions, and report awards nominations and winners.
Our professional sales team endeavours to make selling in all markets worthwhile for relations between each sector of the industry.

Ampersand Visitor Policy
**Due to Covid-19, Ampersand has updated our visitor policy**
1. By appointment only.
2. All visitors must be vaccinated.
3. Masks that properly cover the nose and mouth, for the duration of the visit, are required. A mask can be provided for visitors if needed.
4. Please reschedule if you have symptoms typical of COVID-19 or are placed on self-isolation.
Territory Acknowledgement
Ampersand would like to respectfully acknowledge the people of the Haudenosaunee, Anishinaabe, the Huron-Wendat, the Mississauga and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, on whose traditional territory our Toronto office resides. We would also like to acknowledge the people and the histories of the Coast Salish, Tsawwassen, Stó:lō, Kwantlen, Stz'uminus First Nation, Musqueam and Hul'qumi'num Treaty Group, on whose unceded territory our Richmond office occupies. We strive to continue to educate ourselves on the history of these lands and their people, to show respect and help bring an end to the effects of colonialism in Canada.
