This is the one of the most important times of the year for me – and only me – at Ampersand. It’s when I come to work and my inbox is bursting with emails. It’s when my computer gets really hot and you can literally hear the fan running at full speed. It’s when I go home at night and dream of things that look like that math problem Matt Damon solved in Good Will Hunting.

It’s DATA time! The publishers are hard at work sending me ONIX feeds and PDF’s of their fall titles and I’m playing a constant game of catch up. This requires a little of this:
