Ampersand Inc. is an award-winning Canadian sales agency, repping the coolest books, stationery, puzzles, gifts & games coast to coast across a number of different publishers & lines. We work with some of the best Canadian indie publishers, as well as a wide array of US & UK publishers. We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team, based out of the Toronto head office for a 13-month maternity leave contract position.

The Sales Coordinator will perform a variety of activities to support Ampersand staff. The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of information from our clients and for Ampersand Account Managers. The Sales Coordinator is also responsible for assisting in running our sales conferences.
The successful applicant will work closely with our clients as well as support the sales team. In a social media capacity, we are looking for someone who will create content, build and maintain online relationships with publishers, book & gift accounts, and key influencers on a daily basis.

This position requires a patient, self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented person with a strong knowledge of Excel, and social media channels (Instagram, Twitter). Knowledge with ONIX, Canva, InDesign, WordPress, and a driver’s license is an asset.
