Let the Feasting Begin!

Gjelina is a restaurant in Venice Beach, California which epitomizes fresh, inventive and globally inspired food.

With 150 grain and vegetable – centric recipes and lots of photos to inspire we decided to try the festive warm date cake with bourbon-spiked toffee sauce, (we used rum.)   It was darn easy and and the results were excellent – particularly considering it was made by inexperienced bakers!
