If you aren’t in the book biz, you may not know that February is bookfair month. Yes, reps all over the country are meeting with booksellers, presenting them new titles, chatting about the state of the industry, and drinking copious amounts of wine!

I’m lucky enough to get to attend THREE bookfairs every season, Halifax, Victoria, and Calgary. It means a lot of  travel, but getting to see booksellers in person is invaluable, plus, REALLY FUN.

So this will be me, pretty much all of next month:
