I have found it: the best cookbook ever. It has no ISBN, no price, and no publisher. It was handed to me this Tuesday by my boss, who comes in every day with delicious homemade meals for lunch. I always ask what she’s eating and how she’s made it. One day she told me she was putting together a cookbook for her kids, as a family keepsake that holds all of their favourite meals. So when I unwrapped my very own copy of it, I was pretty over the moon. The best part? She took the time to superimpose my face over her two beautiful children, slap my name over her kid’s names, and cross out “mom” so that I could feel special, too.
The first thing I’m going to make is Akira’s Salmon! I’m also going to try to follow helpful hint number 3 a little better than I currently do. Thanks Saffron!
